Residential Supports for People with Developmental Disabilities .
Licensed small group homes that provide 24 hour a day support services to a maximum of six adults. All placements are referred by the RMHA.
Residential Staffing Supports-Supported Independent Living
Staffing support service is provided for individuals who live in their own apartments. The individuals receive support services to assist them in living in their own home. The level of service is determined on a contractual basis by the RMHA.
Community Intergation Opportunity(CIO)
Community Intergation Opportunity (CIO)are provided in a spacious buildings located in downtown Coloma ,and Niles Michigan. The purpose of CIO is to provide community based activities while helping individuals learn to utilize resources. The service is directed towards improving an individuals ability to function in the community, develop personal self sufficiency and practical living and coping skills. All activities are determined according to each individuals Person Centered Plan.
Assisted Living for the Elderly
Meadow
View Estates is an assisted living home for the
elderly. It is a private pay service that is licensed
for 12 people. Meadowview Estates is located centrally
between Dowagiac and Cassopolis in Cass County.
Our goal is to provide a home setting for individuals
in a safe and caring environment. We are committed
to assuring that all people are treated with dignity
and respect.
