Meadowview Estates is a loving, caring Assisted Living facility for the elderly. It is owned and operated by L.A.D.D., Inc. a not for profit corporation that has over 20 years of experience operating licensed residential homes. Our goal is to provide a comfortable home setting for individuals in a safe environment. We are committed to assuring all people are treated with dignity and respect.

At Meadowview Estates you will be surrounded by a quiet atmosphere with pleasant and friendly staff available to you 24 hours per day. We want to assist your loved ones in receiving the best possible quality of life with the choices and respect they deserve.

Meadowview Estates is located on 21 scenic acres where you can enjoy the lovely view as well as the wildlife that surrounds the area. The home sets back 1/4 mile from the road to ensure privacy for people who live there. Meadowview Estates is centrally located between Dowagiac and Cassopolis in Cass County.

Meadowview Estates has accommodations for 12 people, with eight (8) private bedrooms with 1/2 baths, one (1) suite with a full bath and two (2) bedrooms with a 1/2 bath. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser and chair. Or if a person prefers they can furnish the room with their own furnishings. Each room may be personally accessorized.
