L.A.D.D.,INC. History

Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc.L.A.D.D.,INC is a Michigan Non-Profit Tax Exempt Human Service Corporation that began providing residential supports to people with disabilities in 1978.

Since 1978 L.A.D.D., Inc. has expanded it's services to Oakland, Cass, Van Buren, and Berrien Counties. L.A.D.D., Inc. has expanded supports to include: Residential Staffing Supports (in home and out of home), Community Living Supports and Older Adult Assisted living.

L.A.D.D., Inc. has a successful history of providing supports and advocating for people. We encourage and assist them in integrating into their community.

L.A.D.D., Inc. is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF) which is a nationally recognized not-for- profit accrediting body that promotes quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through an accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of people served. We provide high quality services and have an on-going Quality Assurance Program.

L.A.D.D., Inc. provides services to over 200 individuals in several Michigan Counties.

Funding for most programs comes through the Community Mental Health Agency or Responsible Mental Health Agency (RMHA). Meadow View Estates is Private Pay.
