Professional Care Technicians (PCT's) PCT's insure the rights and safety of everyone served at all times, implement Person Centered Plans, while assisting people in developing skills to aid in independence. Employees must be 18 years of age or older, be of good morale character and be able to meet the Job Essentials.

Assistant Manager Job responsibilities for the Assistant Manager include those of a PCT; while directly assisting the manager with assigned duties.

Manager The Manager position is a 24 hour on-call (via cell phone) salaried position. The manager is responsible for the daily health and safety of everyone in the program. The manager is responsible for staffing, personal funds, and all related paperwork. Manager's must be able to meet the job description, be 18 years of age or old and be of good morale character.

Area Supervisor The Area Supervisor directly supervises the Manager in their designated area. They are responsible for monitoring the responsibilities of the Managers and completing duties in the absence of the Manager.

Quality Assurance Supervisor The QA Supervisor is responsible for the development and assistance in all areas of Quality Assurance for L.A.D.D., Inc.

Office Coordinator The Office Coordinator is responsible for the development of information systems, employee benefits and company health insurance.

Corporate Compliance Officer The CCO is responsible for assuring that L.A.D.D., Inc. assures corporate compliance, and monitors over all performance.

Regional Director/Director of Operations The Regional Director/Director of Operations is responsible for directly supervising Supervisors and Office Coordinators. Works with on-going development of Policies and Procedures and ensuring all programs are in compliance with regulatory agencies.

Administrator The Administrator is responsible for direct supervision of Regional Directors/Director of Operations. The Administrator advises and supports staff on a daily basis. Responsible for ensuring the company does not extend budgets and remain financially sound. The Administrator heads the Steering Committee and meets with the Board of Directors to review services and ensure that L.A.D.D., Inc. follows appropriate accounting practices at all times.
